Day of Coordinating Services
Starting at $650
- Total of 3 Consultations with Bride and Party
- Unlimited text and calls leading up to event
- Create Day of Schedules, Timeline, and Checklist
- Provide all pertinent Information to obtain marriage license
- Coordinate and oversee Rehearsal
- Attendance at Rehearsal for a Maximum of 1 hour
- Pin on boutonnieres and corsages if needed
- Keep track of marriage license, ritual items, and rings leading to ceremony
- Coordinate with Vendors to ensure that set up and décor for ceremony and reception meets the bride’s vision
- Coordinate and oversee Ceremony and Reception
- Attendance at Ceremony and Reception for a Maximum of 9 hours
- Send out Reminders to Bridal Party in reference to their “week of” duties
- Steam Brides Gown
- Act as Main contact for vendors day of event
- Coordinate with vendors for Cake Table and Rentals
- Coordinate lighting of candles
- Verify that favors and event signage are in proper place and confirm set up of gift table and Guest Book
- Instructing attendees of their duties
- Greet guests and instruct ushers on best way to greet and seat the guest
